Where the walls stop looking like a construction site and start looking like walls. Harder than the internet makes it look. Level 4 finishing is the difference between 'painted' and 'professional.' Wet-area board in wet rooms. Stagger the joints. Inspect under a raking light before anyone opens a paint tin — the paint will showcase whatever you skip.
